Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for ordering a signed copy! Here's everything you need to know about shipping and our return policy.

Processing Time

Signed copies are personally signed by Miranda Steward, which requires additional processing time. Please allow:

  • Standard Orders: 2-3 weeks processing time
  • During Book Launches: 4-5 weeks processing time due to high demand
  • Personalized Orders: May add 1-2 additional days

You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days after processing
  • Additional customs/duty fees may apply and are the buyer's responsibility

International

We currently only ship to the United States and Canada. For international orders, please purchase through Amazon, which offers worldwide shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package using the carrier's website. If you haven't received tracking information within the expected processing time, please contact us.

Returns Policy

Due to the personalized nature of signed books, we have a limited return policy:

Damaged Items

If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage (book and packaging)
  • Brief description of the issue

We will send a replacement at no additional cost. Please do not return damaged items without contacting us first.

Lost Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Check any secure locations (porch, mailroom, etc.)
  3. Wait 1-2 business days as packages sometimes show delivered early
  4. Contact us if the package doesn't appear

We work with carriers to investigate lost packages and will send a replacement if the package cannot be located.

Change of Mind / Personalization Errors

Because signed and personalized books cannot be resold, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Personalization spelled as you requested (please double-check before ordering)
  • General dissatisfaction with the book content

If we made an error in personalization (spelled incorrectly from what you submitted), please contact us and we'll make it right.
